Role Description The Exhibition Host role for the Poultry Expo at Nipro Life Sciences is a temporary, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will welcome visitors to the Nipro booth, provide clear information about the company’s products and services, and guide guests through displays and demonstrations. Daily tasks include answering questions, maintaining a professional and approachable presence, coordinating with the sales and technical teams to support product presentations, and managing basic visitor registrations or reservations as required.

Host also helps ensure the booth area remains organized, supports the distribution of promotional materials, and assists with logistical coordination throughout the event.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage visitors professionally and build positive interactions.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and effective Phone Etiquette skills to provide information and handle inquiries confidently.
- Candidates should possess basic Reservations and visitor management skills to support registration, scheduling, or guest coordination at the booth.
- Ability to stand and move around the exhibition floor for extended periods and maintain a presentable, professional appearance.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, exhibitions, or front-office roles is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a busy, public setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Hyderabad is an advantage.
