Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and technically skilled EV Trainer to deliver training on Electric Vehicle technology, systems, components, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the automotive/EV sector and be proficient in both Kannada and English to communicate effectively with trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, systems, and components.
- Explain EV fundamentals, battery technology, battery management systems (BMS), electric motors, controllers, and charging systems.
- Provide practical demonstrations on EV components, diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.




- Assess trainees' technical knowledge and practical skills through tests and hands-on activities.
- Ensure adherence to workshop safety standards and proper handling of EV equipment.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively in both Kannada and English.
- Support trainees in developing industry-relevant technical skills and employability.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech in Automotive/Automobile Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline with EV specialization.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in EV training, automotive training, EV servicing, or the electric vehicle industry.
- Solid technical knowledge of EV systems, components, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Fluency in both Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Good communication, presentation, and practical demonstration skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students and trainees.

Compensation
- CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and technical expertise.
