About VBHARAT AI

VBHARAT AI (Govt. of India MSME Idea Hackathon 5.0 Winner) is a deep-tech biomanufacturing startup. Our flagship initiative, Project NambiKurma Bioplast, is a decentralized, AI-driven micro-refinery designed to convert agricultural waste into zero-waste biopolymers. As a tribute to the legendary Padma Shri Dr. Nambi Narayanan Sir, we are engineering sovereign, world-class technology right here in Bharat.

The Role: The Enthusiaship Execution Squad

This is not a standard, theoretical internship. We are recruiting an elite Execution Squad of obsessed, entrepreneurial builders. You will be assigned to a specialized pod to execute real-world industrial IoT, Edge-AI, and advanced prototyping.

Open Tracks

AI & Data Engineering: Edge computing, KurmaCore predictive models, Python, Time-Series Databases.

Embedded Hardware & IoT: ESP32 integration, analog sensor calibration, PCB design, Mechatronics.

Mechanical & Prototyping: 3D CAD modeling, fluid dynamics, hardware casing, bioreactor design.

Biotechnology & Chemical: Molasses fermentation, Machinery and Tech setup, lab analytics.

What We Demand

Absolute Execution: We require builders who solve problems, not theorists who wait for instructions.

Local Presence: Must be actively based in Kolhapur for physical lab/hardware prototyping.

Stealth & Integrity: Willingness to sign a strict NDA (DPDP Act 2023 compliant) and maintain a total social media embargo until project completion.

What We Offer (The Two-Way Barter):

Institutional Lab Access: Opportunities to execute work in state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure with guidance from elite institutional mentors.

The Founder Venture Studio: If you bring a viable, nation-building idea to the table, our Founder will personally mentor your startup pitch, protect your IP, and help you navigate Govt. Grants (MSME, BIRAC) to turn your dream into a reality.

Credentials: Official MSME-backed startup experience and certificates upon successful completion.
