Key Responsibilities:

- Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Design responsive HTML email templates and optimize email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Manage, clean, validate, and segment email lists and databases.
- Manage email marketing platforms, contact imports/exports, integrations, and campaign workflows.
- Set up email automation, lead nurturing, reminders, and follow-up sequences.
- Monitor sender reputation, email deliverability, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
- Monitor domain health, domain reputation, and blacklist status.
- Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in coordination with the IT team.




- Troubleshoot email delivery issues and improve inbox placement.
- Conduct A/B testing, track campaign performance, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Strong experience managing large email databases and contact lists.
- Practical knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and sender reputation.
- Experience with CRM integrations, data migration, and audience segmentation.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
