Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education Counsellor role based in Noida.

The Education

Counsellor will meet with students and families to understand their academic background, interests, and goals, and provide explicit guidance on suitable courses, institutions, and career paths. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting students through application and admission processes. The role involves organizing and participating in information sessions, workshops, and events,



as well as collaborating with internal teams to develop updated counseling materials and resources.

The Education

Counsellor will also stay informed about current education systems, entrance exams, and market trends to provide relevant and timely advice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong abilities in Educational Consulting and Education domain knowledge.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling for diverse academic and professional paths.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written guidance.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple students and deadlines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, or education services is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and documentation processes is beneficial.
