Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Sales Associate to manage online sales activities, assist customers, process orders, and support the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Process online orders accurately and coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, product availability, and customer feedback.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, upselling, and cross-selling activities to increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, sales transactions, customer interactions, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
- Track competitor pricing, product trends, and market opportunities.
- Help improve customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall online sales performance.
- Follow company policies, marketplace guidelines,



and service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in e-commerce, retail sales, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, email, and data entry.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and online product listings.
- Understanding of sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
