Role: District Supervisor (Ed-Tech)

Be part of a mission-driven EduTech leader shaping India’s early childhood education & skill development. As a District Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day training implementation, ensure compliance with MEPSC standards, and act as the bridge between schools, trainers, and our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor training programs & ensure quality delivery.
- Coordinate with trainers, schools & district sales teams.
- Ensure compliance, documentation & reporting.
- Build strong school relationships & resolve on-ground challenges.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Graduate with 3–5 years’ experience in academic coordination/training/field operations.
- Ability to travel extensively within the district.
- Strong organizational & people management skills.
- Valuable communication & problem-solving abilities.
