Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Director will oversee multiple technology and digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting strategic direction for service lines such as web development, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing, and driving operational efficiency. The role involves engaging with clients to understand business objectives, defining project scopes, and maintaining robust relationships through regular communication and status reviews.



The Director will also be accountable for resource planning, performance management, risk mitigation, and contributing to business growth through new initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, stakeholder communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in technology and digital services such as web development, mobile app development, and e-commerce or ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies to support clients’ digital growth.
- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, prioritization, budgeting, and risk management.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies, drive operational excellence, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Prior experience in a senior management or director-level role within IT, digital services, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
