Position: Dynamics 365 Consultant, Sales and Service

Experience Level: 2 to 8 years (Across Associate, Consultant, and Senior Consultant bands)

Location: Mumbai (Thane) or Hyderabad, India (Onsite at client premises)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement consultants specializing in Sales and Customer Service applications. In this client-facing onsite role, you will configure and extend D365 platforms using the Power Platform, integrate them with core banking and channel systems, and support live banking deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements & Functional Design

- Run discovery sessions with bank users to gather requirements and write functional specifications and fit-gap notes for Sales (lead, prospect, account, activity) and Customer Service (case, queue, SLA, knowledge, entitlement) processes.

Configuration & Customization
- Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, field-level security, and Customer Service workspaces with unified routing.

Extension & Development
- Build custom extensions using Power Automate flows, canvas and model-driven Power Apps, JavaScript form scripts, C# plugins, and custom workflow activities.

Integration & ALM
- Design secure integrations connecting core banking, loan origination, CTI contact centers, and message gateways via Dataverse Web API, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or middleware.
- Manage solution architecture, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or Power Platform.
- Handle data migration maps, dataflows, KingswaySoft, or SSIS loads with full bank data reconciliation.

Support & Governance
- Manage production support tickets to SLA compliance,



perform root cause analysis, and maintain strict traceability where no production data leaves the bank's secure environment.
- Guide junior consultants, review their work, and present updates during client weekly reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have Skills

- Experience: 2 to 8 years of dedicated experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 CE.
- D365 Sales: End-to-end management of lead-to-opportunity-to-quote lifecycles, product catalogs, sales accelerators, forecasting, and goals.
- D365 Customer Service: Expertise in case management, queues, unified routing, SLAs, KPIs, entitlements, and knowledge bases.
- Dataverse & Power Platform: Tables, relationships, security models, auditing, solution layering, cloud flows, and model-driven/canvas apps.
- Technical Extensions: Client-side JavaScript with Xrm client API and server-side C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and Dataverse Web APIs (required for Consultant and above).
- Domain Expertise: Practical background in retail or corporate banking sales funnels, service requests, complaint management, and financial regulatory turnaround times.

Bonus Qualifications
- Consulting experience on large-scale banking CRM programs like ICICI Bank ICRM (vendor side).
- Prior D365 implementation experience across other Indian banks or NBFCs.
- Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, MB-210, MB-230, or PL-400.
- Experience with Omnichannel, Copilot for Service, Customer Insights, or Power BI on Dataverse.

Location Requirement
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai (Thane) or Hyderabad at your own arrangement prior to joining.
