About The Role
Work with our R&D; team in Pune on the next generation of fiber laser cutting and tube cutting platforms, from concept to production drawings.
What you will do
- Design welded and cast machine structures, gantries and shuttle tables
- Run FEA for stiffness, vibration and thermal behaviour
- Select linear guides, rack and pinion, servo motors and gearboxes
- Release production drawings and BOMs with GD&T;
- Support vendor development and first-article inspection
What you need
- B.E./M.Tech Mechanical or Machine Design
- 7–10 years designing CNC machines or special-purpose machines
- Strong in SolidWorks or Creo, and ANSYS or similar FEA
