Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network configurations that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing innovative architectures that enhance the model's ability to interpret and produce natural language, ensuring the systems are scalable and adaptable to various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of model architectures that address complex language processing challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skilled growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of model design with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and methods to improve language model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work with unstructured text data and implement preprocessing pipelines.
- Skilled in integrating machine learning models into production environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
