Title: Bid & Pricing Specialist

- 11:00 PM ( IST ) Clovity is hiring a Bid & Pricing Specialist to own pricing for our software and services deals. You will take an RFP or customer request, break it into scope, cost drivers, and risks, and turn it into a clear, accurate quote. You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams, so the numbers you produce are the ones we stand behind. If you like working with spreadsheets, catch errors others miss, and want to see your work shape real deals, this role is for you. What you’ll do
• Break down RFPs and customer requirements into scope, cost drivers, and risks
• Flag gaps and inconsistencies before pricing begins
• Build pricing models and quotes for software licenses plus professional services
• Work out margins, discounts, multi-year pricing, currency conversion, and effort-to-cost
• Check every number before it reaches a customer




• Support bid proposals with sales and delivery teams What you bring
• 4-7 years in bid management, proposal writing, pre-sales, or commercial pricing, mainly in IT services or software
• 2+ years building pricing models and quotes for licenses plus services
• Robust hands-on Excel: you build pricing sheets from scratch using lookups, pivot tables, nested formulas, and scenario models, without relying on templates
• An analytical mindset and accurate math
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Computer Science Nice to have
• Knowledge of Atlassian products and licensing (Cloud, Data Center, Marketplace)
• Experience writing bid proposals
• Experience with US federal or SLED procurement
• MBA
