In addition to any diploma in engineering, candidate should have qualified
- Post Diploma in Industrial Safety or Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by State Technical Board or DGFASLI/ Central Labour Institute.
• He should have at least 2 years of experience of working in steel industry and conversant with legal compliances of MAH (Major Accident Hazard) units.
• Should be conversant with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• knowledge of Latest acts, laws and rules of EHS.
• Should have general knowledge of monthly/ half yearly/ yearly compliances associated with MAH units.
• He should have knowledge of environment function requirement and liasioning experience with State and Central Pollution control board.
• Knowledge of EHS aspect Factory act 1948 and Gujarat Factory Rule
- 1963 with experience of liasioning with Factory Inspectorate and DISH.
• Should have valuable soft skills like interpersonal relationships building, public speaking, presentation skill.
• Experience of giving training to shop floor personnel.
• Should have advanced knowledge of MS office
- Specially MS Excel, Word, and Power point.
• Preferably Male to cater three shifts.
