• Lead, develop and allocate work across the team.
• Set priorities, service levels, KPIs and quality controls.
• Translate business requirements into scalable processes and clear responsibilities.
• Manage MAN stakeholders across Procurement, Sustainability, Customs, Compliance, Legal and IT, and coordinate relevant interfaces with MAN functions.
• Own critical supplier and data escalations.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Operational prioritisation and resource allocation
• Approval of outputs within defined control rules

Experience:
10 to 12 years
• Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, data management or similar
• Several years of relevant experience, including leadership or complex programme responsibilits
• Strong knowledge of data governance, controls and auditability
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills.
