Role Description The Web Content Manager Intern will support the planning, creation, and maintenance of web content across HK Technical’s educational and creative platforms. This internship role is remote and involves day-to-day tasks such as drafting and updating website pages, organizing study materials, and ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. The intern will help implement content strategies, collaborate with team members to schedule and publish updates, and use basic web analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.



The role may also include coordinating small content projects, reviewing site structure for usability, and assisting with documentation of content processes. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing content for an cutting-edge Ed-Tech platform. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Management and Project Management to organize, prioritize, and deliver web content effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy to create clear, audience-focused copy and support platform goals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to monitor basic performance metrics and contribute to data-informed content decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in style.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with team members.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of web design or UX principles is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in fields such as Communications, Journalism, IT, Digital Media, or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Interest in Ed-Tech, online learning, or educational content, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
