Role Description The Program Producer is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of entertainment and branded content programs. This role includes developing show concepts, planning episode formats, and coordinating scripts and storyboards in collaboration with writers, hosts, and the creative team. The Program Producer manages production schedules, supervises on-set activities, and ensures smooth coordination between camera crews, editors, and technical staff. Daily responsibilities also include conducting research on guests and topics, organizing events or special segments,



and ensuring that each program aligns with Ginger Media’s brand and audience expectations. The Producer will monitor content performance, gather feedback, and work with the digital marketing team to optimize program visibility and engagement across platforms. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and on-screen talent.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan timelines, manage resources, and oversee multiple programs or episodes from concept to delivery.
• Candidates should possess Research and Writing skills to develop program concepts, prepare briefs, and create or refine scripts and interview outlines.
• Candidates should possess Event Management skills to coordinate shoot schedules, live recordings, special events, and promotional activities related to programs.
• Relevant experience in media production, television or digital content, or entertainment programming is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of video production workflows and familiarity with social media and digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing production needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communication, Journalism, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
