It helps learners understand international cultural expectations, social norms and everyday behaviours so they can move abroad with greater confidence, cultural awareness and qualified readiness. Role Overview: We are seeking an internationally experienced trainer with expertise in etiquette, personal presentation, social behaviour, workplace culture and lifestyle practices. The trainer will translate cultural expectations into simple, relatable, real-life guidance and contribute to video learning content, live sessions, demonstrations, role plays and practical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
/ KPA's 1. Deliver International Etiquette Training
· Cover personal presentation and grooming; first impressions and introductions; greetings and appropriate forms of address; body language and personal space; conversation etiquette; social behaviour and appropriate conduct; dining and table etiquette; hospitality and social invitations; public behaviour and common social norms; qualified and social boundaries; and workplace cultural norms. 2. Develop Practical, Scenario-Based Learning
· Focus on “What should I do in this situation?” rather than theory alone. Build relatable scenarios such as meeting a manager for the first time, attending a colleague’s dinner invitation, introducing oneself at a networking event, using public transport, visiting someone’s home,



dining with international colleagues, handling small talk, respecting personal space, disagreeing appropriately and avoiding cultural misunderstandings. 3. Conduct Live, Interactive Sessions
· Facilitate cultural scenarios, etiquette demonstrations, role plays, Q&A; and discussions on learner-specific situations. Confidently address destination-specific questions from learners preparing for different countries and cultural environments. 4. Collaborate with the Product Team
· Identify relevant cultural scenarios, recommend topics based on learner needs, review existing modules, update content as cultural and social expectations evolve, and share feedback gathered through learner interactions. Candidate Profile
- Required:
· Relevant professional qualification or certification as an Etiquette Consultant, International Etiquette Trainer, Image Consultant, Cultural Trainer or equivalent.
· 3–4 years’ experience in etiquette, executive presence, lifestyle training, cultural training or a related field.
· Strong international exposure through living, studying or working abroad, and experience with multicultural or international audiences.
· Excellent spoken English, clear and neutral communication, presentation skills and the ability to explain concepts to diverse audiences.
· Confidence in front of a camera and in live training environments; strong storytelling and facilitation skills.




· Ability to simplify complex cultural concepts into practical examples and engaging learning experiences. Preferred Experience and International Exposure: Preferred areas include international etiquette, cross-cultural communication, executive presence, corporate and hospitality etiquette, international lifestyle coaching, global mobility/relocation, expatriate training, international student orientation, multinational corporate training, and cultural intelligence/intercultural training. Meaningful international exposure may include living abroad for 2+ years, working in an international organisation, collaborating with multicultural teams, training international clients, or experience across multiple countries and cultures. Exposure to key Y-Axis destinations such as Germany, Canada, Australia, the UK and the USA is an advantage. Key
