Role Description This is a full-time, remote Co-founder with Funds (Equity based) role, focused on building and scaling ClearKaya as a luxury, nature-driven hair care brand. The Co-founder will actively shape business strategy, refine the value proposition, and collaborate on product positioning and brand storytelling. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, supporting go-to-market plans, engaging in strategic partnerships, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, supporting fundraising or investor relations as needed, and helping to define and implement operational processes. The Co-founder will work closely with other founders to make key business decisions, allocate resources,



and ensure the company’s growth aligns with its values and long-term vision. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and the ability to evaluate market opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative leadership.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as building relationships, negotiating deals, and supporting revenue growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including brand positioning, digital marketing awareness, and go-to-market planning.
• Candidates should possess Research skills, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and trend identification in beauty, wellness, or luxury markets.
• Experience in consumer products, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an early-stage or startup environment, with comfort in ambiguity and hands-on execution.
• Capacity to commit personal funds and accept equity-based compensation, aligned with long-term value creation.
