Company Description Heal at India is a wellness tourism platform that connects people with carefully curated retreats across India. We partner with trusted retreat centres offering Ayurveda, yoga, detox, stress management and preventive wellness programs. We support guests through the whole journey, from finding a retreat to choosing a program and booking it. Our focus is authentic, outcome-driven wellness for both domestic and international travellers. Role Description We are looking for a female to join us as a part time Relationship Manager. This is a work-from-home role based in India, 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. Your core job is onboarding new retreat centres onto Heal at India. You will find and reach out to centres, explain how our platform works, walk them through the listing process, and collect the program details, photos and documents needed to get them live. Once centres are onboarded, you will be their main point of contact. You will keep their program information up to date, answer partner and guest queries, collect feedback, sort out issues, and work with our internal team to build long-term partnerships. Qualifications




• Confident on calls and in writing, with good spoken and written English; knowledge of other Indian languages (Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Kannada or Tamil) is a plus
• Comfortable reaching out to new partners and following up until they are onboarded
• Organised and detail-minded, able to handle several centres and tasks at once
• A friendly, helpful approach to partner and guest queries
• Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, yoga or travel, and keen to learn about holistic health programs
• Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and online forms, and good at keeping records accurate
• A reliable laptop and internet connection for working from home
• Experience in partner onboarding, sales, hospitality, travel or wellness is preferred but not required
