Morning 5 AM to 7 AM , based on student availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging live online Mathematics classes for students in Grades 1 to 5.
• Explain mathematical concepts using visual aids, interactive games, practical examples and real-life applications.
• Prepare lessons and activities according to the student's grade level, learning needs and curriculum.
• Strengthen students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills.
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles and paces.
• Assess student progress through worksheets, quizzes, assignments and regular assessments.
• Identify learning gaps and provide additional practice and support where required.
• Share constructive feedback on student progress with parents.
• Maintain attendance, lesson records and student progress updates in the LMS.

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Education or a related discipline preferred.
• Prior experience teaching Mathematics to primary school students is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Mathematics concepts across Grades 1–5.
• Excellent communication and explanation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts using age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Comfortable conducting live online classes using video conferencing and digital teaching tools.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop and a quiet teaching environment. Preferred Candidate Profile
