In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work:
• Transcribe audio and video content in Punjabi with high accuracy and attention to linguistic nuances.
• Annotate transcripts with relevant metadata and speaker identification as required.
• Review and edit existing transcriptions to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
• Provide cultural and contextual insights to enhance the fidelity of language data.




• Collaborate through written and verbal communication to clarify project requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Deliver completed transcription assignments within established project timelines and guidelines. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Native or near-native proficiency in Punjabi, with solid command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proven experience in transcription or language annotation, particularly for Punjabi content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate linguistic nuances and cultural specifics.
• Familiarity with transcription tools and platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy in all deliverables.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Interest in contributing to AI and technology-driven language projects.
