About the Role
We are looking for candidates having strong Human Resources skills and experience, especially in the IT and software industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority roles, while also managing the day-to-day employee experience—from welcoming current hires through engaging existing staff and managing offboarding. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love balancing strategic hiring with daily HR operations, we want you on our team. Responsibilities
• Participate in end-to-end recruitment for in-house requirements.
• Participate/manage job fairs and campus hiring events.
• Establish and reinforce a positive working environment.
• Work closely with the HR head to design and implement policies.
• Plan and implement office events.




• Oversee daily office/admin operations and ensure smooth functioning of it.
• Coordinate and work with consultants (PF, CA, Recruitment agency, etc.) Requirements
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree.
• Proven work experience of 2 to 5 years as an HR Executive (experience in the IT domain would be an upper-hand).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases and job boards.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the desired results.
