About Zensciences Zensciences is a strategic B2B marketing agency specializing in Strategy, Design (UX/UI, Product, Graphic), and Content for leading IT services and technology companies. The Role You’re a craft-driven designer who cares about the details most people never notice: the spacing inside a logo, the rhythm of a type scale, the way an image sits on a page. At Zensciences you’ll build brands for technology and enterprise companies: identities, visual systems and corporate websites. You’ll work from a clear brief and close art direction, find the visual idea in the brand’s story, and carry it through every element, from the first mark to the last web page. You’ll be trusted to bring your own point of view, and expected to back it with reasons. What you will do
• Work on branding projects: brand identities, visual systems and highly engaging corporate websites.
• Turn briefs and business requirements into strong visual concepts that you can explain in one sentence.
• Take concepts from first exploration to finished, detailed execution.
• Build identity elements end to end: logo, typography, colour, patterns, iconography and imagery style.
• Create and treat brand imagery so every image feels like it belongs to the same brand.
• Translate the visual language into web design: responsive pages that carry the brand, not just hold content.
• Use generative AI tools to research, explore and move faster, without letting the work turn generic and sloppy.
• Present your work clearly: what you did, why, and what you left out.
• Collaborate with senior designers, strategy and client teams, take feedback, and come back with something stronger.
• Own your deliverables and timelines, and flag early when something is at risk.
• Maintain consistency and quality across every project and touchpoint.
• Keep learning new tools, workflows and ways of making,



and keep only what serves the brand. What we are looking for A designer whose craft shows in the details and whose ideas come from the brand’s story, not from what’s trending. Must have
• 4–6 years of brand identity design experience in a studio, agency or design-led team.
• A portfolio with at least one complete identity system (logo, typography, colour, patterns, iconography, applications) and at least one corporate website built from a brand identity.
• Ability to read a brand brief (positioning, narrative, personality) and turn it into one explicit visual idea that every element serves.
• Composition and layout: strong command of grids, hierarchy, spacing, alignment and white space. Layouts feel deliberate, not filled in.
• Typography: chooses and pairs typefaces for a reason and sets type with care (scale, rhythm, line length, kerning).
• Colour: builds palettes that work as a system across print and screen, with accessible contrast.
• Brand imagery: creates and treats images (compositing, retouching, colour grading) so all imagery looks cohesive and on-brand.
• Web design: good knowledge of web design principles (responsive layouts, information hierarchy, readability, usability), and the ability to translate a visual language into web pages.
• Adobe Illustrator: logo construction with exact geometry, vector icon systems, pattern design.
• Adobe Photoshop: image compositing, retouching, art-directed brand imagery.
• Figma: web page design, responsive layouts, organised and developer-ready files.
• Generative AI tools: hands-on experience using AI tools to create images and video, and the ability to work them into your everyday design process.
• Attention to detail at every scale, from logo spacing to page layout.
• Takes sharp critique well and comes back with better work. Nice to have
