The team manages custom research projects and connects analysts with a dynamic network of professionals and subject-matter experts, helping investment teams gain a deeper understanding of the companies they cover. This includes curating and managing the expert network and facilitating engagements with both in-house and external expert resources.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will identify, recruit, and engage industry professionals and subject-matter experts to support the research requirements of our investment teams. You will work closely with internal research teams and investment analysts to understand project objectives and develop targeted expert-sourcing strategies. You will reach out to senior executives and industry specialists through phone, email, and other sourcing platforms to assess their interest and secure participation in consultations. You will evaluate experts' professional backgrounds and relevant experience, address their queries, and build relationships while adhering to the firm's legal and compliance requirements.



You will manage expert recruitment pipelines across multiple projects, prioritize time-sensitive requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and navigating complex requests, while balancing competing priorities across engagements. Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you will build and maintain relationships with high-value experts and identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with technology teams to explore automation and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools that can improve workflow efficiency. Qualifications:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in research-oriented, expert sourcing, recruitment, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior professionals, build relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Robust sourcing, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert initial outreach into successful engagements.




• Ability to manage multiple expert recruitment pipelines, prioritize competing requests, and deliver within tight timelines.
• High standards of integrity, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in expert networks, executive search, specialist recruitment, primary research, client solutions, or commercial due diligence.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms, professional networking tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and expert databases.
• Experience tracking sourcing, outreach, and conversion metrics.
• Interest in using artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to improve sourcing and recruitment workflows.
