• Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Numaligarh Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Planning with strong expertise in end-to-end project planning, scheduling and monitoring for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete project planning cycle, including schedule preparation, progress monitoring, resource planning, delay analysis, MIS and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, baseline schedules and timelines.
• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 – Mandatory.
• Monitor overall project progress, milestones, critical paths and schedule deviations.
• Identify delays and prepare recovery/mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction,



subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and resource requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS and dashboards.
• Track project performance against planned schedules and identify risks.
• Analyse scope, resource and schedule changes and assess their impact.
• Maintain planning documentation and support timely project completion.
• Monitor the project from planning and scheduling through execution and completion. Requirements

Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
• Minimum 9 years of core Project Planning experience.
• Oil & Gas industry experience – Mandatory.
• Strong experience in complete project planning, scheduling and monitoring.
• Primavera P6 – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of baseline planning, critical path, progress tracking and delay analysis.
• Experience in MIS, project reporting and resource planning.
• Strong coordination skills with multiple project functions.
• Willingness to relocate to Numaligarh.
