What You'll Do
• Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform
• Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
• Work closely with engineers and product to ship quick, high-quality features
• Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail
• Contribute to product thinking and not just execution
• Help evolve patterns and systems as the product grows What We're Looking For:
• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products




• Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
• Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating with engineers)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
• Clear communication and strong product intuition
• High ownership mindset, you care deeply about what ships Nice to Have:
• Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it
• Experience designing AI-powered products or systems
