About Custodos

Almost every company uses AI today, often through private accounts and outside of IT’s control. For law firms, banks or healthcare providers that’s a real problem, because their data can’t just end up anywhere.

Custodos solves this. We bring all leading AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) into one secure platform, with data stored in Switzerland and processing in the EU or Switzerland. Companies across Switzerland, Germany and Austria use Custodos to roll out AI to their entire team. Our product is live, and we’re building fast.

The role

We have data on every chat, every model and every customer. What’s missing is someone who turns it into decisions. You’ll be our first data hire and build the function from the ground up.

What you’ll do

- Build our first dashboards for usage, retention, revenue and churn.
- Find out which customers grow,



which ones churn, and why.
- Analyze which models and features are actually used.
- Deliver the numbers behind pricing, sales and product decisions.
- Build a data foundation that scales with us.

You’re a fit if

- You’re confident with SQL. Python is a bonus.
- You have experience with a BI tool such as Metabase, Looker or Power BI.
- You can explain numbers so that everyone understands them.
- You’re curious about how companies adopt AI.
- You speak valuable English. German is a plus.

You’re probably not a fit if

- you expect a finished data warehouse and a large data team.
- you’d rather build reports than ask questions.
