- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using up-to-date development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and integration of software components with cloud services.
