About the Role ?

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator who can bring residential properties to life through engaging flat tours, Instagram Reels, and short-form videos.

The ideal candidate should have a strong on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for storytelling. You will be the face of our real estate content, showcasing properties in a way that attracts, engages, and connects with potential homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities

Host Property Tours: Visit residential properties and present engaging flat tours, highlighting layouts, amenities, interiors, and unique selling points.

Create Daily Reels: Plan, shoot, and deliver at least one engaging property tour Reel per day for Instagram and other social media platforms.

On-Camera Presentation: Confidently speak on camera with clear expressions, natural delivery, and an engaging personality.

Content Planning: Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats for property walkthroughs with the social media executive.

Video Production: Coordinate camera angles, lighting, framing, and shooting sequences to create visually appealing property videos with the videographer and video editor.

Trend-Based Content: Incorporate trending audio, creative transitions, and engaging formats to make real estate content more relatable.

Property Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, property owners, and other stakeholders to schedule and execute property shoots.

Brand Representation:



Maintain a professional and engaging on-screen presence that aligns with Houzeo's brand identity.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and video editing teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

What You Bring ?

? 0–3 years of experience in content creation, video presenting, anchoring, modelling, acting, or similar on-camera roles. Freshers with strong presentation skills are welcome.

? Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with clear pronunciation and a confident speaking style.

? Strong on-camera presence, expressive personality, and ability to engage viewers naturally.

? Comfortable conducting property walkthroughs and presenting features without relying heavily on scripts.

? Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video trends, and audience engagement.

? Ability to develop creative hooks and present property information in an interesting and relatable manner.

? Comfortable travelling to different residential properties across Mumbai for video shoots.

? Basic knowledge of smartphone videography, framing, and lighting would be an advantage.

? Experience with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar editing tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

Background in anchoring, hosting, acting, or digital content creation.

Experience managing a personal Instagram or YouTube content page.
