AskCruz is an AI operating system for real businesses. It learns how a company runs and helps the team do the work. Our first customers are steel and metals companies, an industry that runs on phone calls, spreadsheets, and decades of know-how in people's heads.

We need someone to make that story impossible to scroll past.

What you'll do

You'll own video at AskCruz: product demos, social shorts, sales outreach, and customer stories. You'll set the creative standard, shape the scripts, and ship on a steady cadence, using AI video tools to move fast without looking generic. This role makes things; it doesn't only direct them.

What we're looking for

- Videos you made or directed, with results you can point to (views, replies, pipeline, conversions).
- Strong hands-on editing skills.
- Comfort with AI video tools, or proof you learn new tools quick.
