Who we are:

SUPR is one of the fastest-growing young D2C brands in India. We're a women's wellness brand: gynaecologist-formulated products for PCOS, cycle health, gut health and everyday energy. 35,000+ women trust us. We're running an eight -figure per month D2C brand, and it's chaotic, fast and real.

The job:

Follow the founders and film it all. Meetings, launches, wins, fires, late nights. You'll get a front-row seat to how an 8-figure D2C brand actually gets built, and turn it into content people want to watch.

You don't need to be an expert. We provide all the equipment. You bring the energy and the eye.

What you'll actually do

- Be with the founders at the office and record our day: decisions, meetings, shoots, launches, behind-the-scenes.
- Capture raw, real moments for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Shoot short-form content: reels, vlogs, day-in-the-life clips, founder talking-heads.
- Edit if you can. If not, organise and share the files with our editors the same day.
- Pitch content ideas. You watch what's trending, so tell us what we should be making.
- Show up when things are happening, including odd hours during launches and big days.

You're right for this if you

- Live on Instagram and YouTube, and know what makes people stop scrolling.
- Are young, curious and full of energy.




- Can shoot well on a phone or camera. Steady shots, good audio, good framing.
- Want to get better: shooting, editing, storytelling, content strategy.
- Are based in or near Noida, and can be at the office often, sometimes at short notice.
- Are comfortable being around founders all day and not shy about pointing the camera.

Bonus if you

- Can edit (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or AI editing tools).
- Have your own Instagram or YouTube with content you've made.

You're probably not right if

- You need a perfect script and a studio to start filming.
- You want a fixed 10-to-6 with no surprises.
- You don't consume content yourself.
