Job Overview

Build the operating system that turns contractual commitments into visible, actionable, and measurable work. As BrightNight’s Contract Compliance Lead, you will combine contract operations, cross-functional execution, CLM technology, and AI-enabled automation to strengthen accountability and risk visibility across a fast-growing clean-energy platform.

What you will do





- Build and operate a structured contract-compliance system covering obligations, deliverables, milestones, deadlines, renewals, owners, and evidence of completion.
- Monitor commitments end-to-end, manage follow-ups, and escalate overdue, missed, or high-risk obligations.
- Apply AI tools and AI agents to contract analysis, obligation extraction, compliance monitoring, reminders, reporting, and workflow execution.
- Use Ironclad or comparable CLM technology to support obligation tracking, workflow automation, and audit readiness.
- Maintain dashboards, alerts, records, and audit trails that provide clear visibility into compliance status and risks.
- Partner across functions to resolve gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and continuously improve compliance processes.

What you bring

- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in contract compliance, contract management, or contractual obligation management.
- Practical experience with AI tools / agents and Ironclad or comparable CLM technology.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, risk identification, escalation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office on the 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. IST shift.
