About the Role

We are looking for a Content Strategist to own creative strategy for our Meta ads and performance marketing. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance — someone who understands what stops the scroll, what drives conversion, and how to translate that into scripts, shoots, and briefs. An ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a new-age D2C or performance marketing brand, is comfortable directing shoots, and is equally comfortable being in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

- Own creative strategy for Meta ads and performance marketing, from ideation through to execution
- Plan and direct content shoots, including scripting UGC-style content and defining ad angles and hooks
- Brief designers and coordinate with the marketing team to produce ad creatives across formats
- Manage barter and paid influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Coordinate with influencer agencies to source and manage talent for shoots and campaigns
- Be in front of the camera when required,

- Stay on top of Meta content trends, hooks, and storytelling formats that drive performance

Skills we are looking for

Must Haves:

· 2+ years of experience in a new-age D2C or performance marketing brand

· Strong understanding of Meta hooks, ad angles, and content planning

· Hands-on experience with UGC scripting and storytelling for short-form video

· Experience planning and directing content shoots

· Comfortable being in front of the camera to shoot reels for Instagram

· Experience briefing designers and coordinating with a marketing team on ad creatives

Nice To Have:

· Experience managing barter and paid influencer campaigns

· Existing relationships with influencer agencies

· Good spoken and written English

· Fast to respond and good communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
