The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced, polished Cocktail Servers to join our premium bar. This is a guest-facing role at the heart of our lounge experience, suited to professionals who take pride in their presentation, enjoy engaging with guests, and know their way around a cocktail menu.

We especially encourage women hospitality professionals to apply, as we are building a diverse and welcoming front-of-house team for our lounge.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and deliver attentive, personalised table service throughout their visit.
- Present the cocktail and beverage menu with confidence, recommending signature cocktails, IMFL, FMFL, beer and wine to suit each guest’s preference.
- Take and serve orders accurately and promptly, coordinating closely with the bartending team.




- Upsell premium offerings and promote seasonal cocktails and lounge events.
- Maintain an immaculate personal appearance and a clean, well-set service area at all times.
- Handle guest feedback and requests with grace, escalating to the Bar Captain or Manager when needed.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol practices, age verification protocols and all applicable liquor regulations.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a server, hostess or steward in a hotel bar, premium lounge, pub or upscale restaurant.
- Presentation: Well-groomed, poised and professional, with a confident and courteous demeanour.
- Communication: Fluent in English; Malayalam is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Good familiarity with cocktails, spirits and wine, and the ability to describe drinks appealingly to guests.
- Attitude: A guest-first mindset, a positive team spirit, and comfort working evening shifts in a lively workplace.
