Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler ADC load-balancing platforms and application delivery services.
- Manage virtual servers, service groups, server objects, monitors, traffic policies, content switching, and application onboarding activities.
- Support application traffic management across HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, DNS, and SSL-based services in enterprise environments.
- Investigate application delivery, connectivity, latency, availability, and capacity issues across network and infrastructure layers.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, configuration changes, migrations, operational support, and production incident resolution.

Skills Required:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or application delivery, including substantial Citrix NetScaler experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and enterprise load-balancing platforms.
- Practical knowledge of application delivery architecture, virtual services, service groups, content switching, traffic policies, and platform configuration.
- Experience supporting highly available, business-critical production environments and troubleshooting TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, routing, firewalls, and network connectivity.
- Ability to manage application onboarding, platform changes, operational troubleshooting, and technical documentation in enterprise infrastructure environments.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience with high-availability configurations and SSL/TLS termination or certificate-related services.

Education: Any graduate degree from a recognized institution; any academic branch is acceptable.
