Location: Bijapur, Karnataka

Experience: 5–7 years (Mandatory)

CTC: ₹40,000–₹90,000 per month

Project Duration: 3–6 months

Role Purpose To supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring that the contractor's work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and site instructions. The role primarily involves site supervision, progress monitoring, quality checks, and reporting to project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular on-site presence during construction activities and monitor day-to-day civil works.
- Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress, workmanship, and contractor performance, reporting observations to project management.
- Identify and report deviations, quality issues, delays, and unsafe site conditions.
- Monitor civil works, including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, underground utilities, drainage, and structural works, as applicable.
- Attend site inspections, coordination meetings, and walkdowns as required.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection details, and photographic documentation.




- Assist in verifying completed works for progress tracking and coordinate with the contractor and other disciplines.
- Escalate technical, quality, schedule, and safety concerns to the project management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision is mandatory, preferably in industrial, power, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Positive understanding of construction quality, site safety, and contractor supervision.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, including effective communication and reporting to international project teams.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site; shift-based deployment may be required.

Compensation & Employment Terms

- Monthly CTC of ₹40,000–₹90,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Travel and accommodation will be provided by the company or reimbursed as per mutually agreed terms.
- Project-based engagement for approximately 3–6 months, subject to project completion. Continuation beyond this period is not guaranteed and will depend on business requirements.
