Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chemist role based in Jaipur for an Ayush Certified qualified holding a B.A.M.S. qualification. The chemist will perform daily laboratory work, including preparing samples, conducting experiments, and documenting test results in line with established protocols.

Responsibilities include supporting research and development projects, applying Ayurvedic and organic chemistry principles, and collaborating with senior scientists on formulation and process improvement. The role involves conducting routine quality checks, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and contributing to the optimization of specialty organic chemical production. The chemist will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate laboratory findings into practical applications that align with Pharvinex Group’s mission of reducing import dependency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, experimental procedures, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control capabilities, with experience in testing, inspection,



and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot experimental issues, and support process optimization.
- Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D;) and Research, particularly in organic chemistry or related fields.
- Ayush Certified B.A.M.S. degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on chemistry, pharmacology, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, organic synthesis, and regulatory requirements relevant to specialty chemicals or pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions, maintain accurate documentation, and use laboratory instruments and software tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and meet project timelines.
- Prior experience in an industrial or research laboratory setting is beneficial, especially within chemical, pharmaceutical, or allied industries.
