The platform centralizes consent collection and management across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app experiences, while auto-generating Records of Processing Activities and tracking data subject requests. TrustFabric provides automated discovery and classification of personal data, breach notification support within the 72-hour window, and comprehensive audit trails for regulatory readiness.

Role Description The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading TrustFabric’s information security strategy and operations. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, controls, and frameworks aligned with DPDP and other relevant regulations. The CISO will manage risk assessments, incident response, and business continuity planning, working closely with engineering, product,



and compliance teams to embed security into platform design and integrations.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring cybersecurity posture, guiding secure application development, coordinating security audits, and reporting security metrics and risks to executive leadership. The CISO also drives security awareness across the organization and engages with customers, regulators, and partners to demonstrate TrustFabric’s security and compliance commitments.

Qualifications

- Solid background in Information Security Management and Information Security, including security governance, policies, and risk management.
- Expertise in Cybersecurity, covering network security, cloud security, threat detection, and incident response.
- Experience with Application Security, secure software development practices, code review, and vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in Business Continuity planning and disaster recovery to ensure resilient operations.
- In-depth knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., DPDP, GDPR or similar frameworks) and regulatory compliance practices.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior security role, preferably in SaaS or data-focused organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
