Job Title: Campaign Manager

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Campaign Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the election campaign for a sitting MLA. In this high-intensity role, you will work directly alongside our Lead Strategists and the Head of Political Consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Assist the Head of Consultancy and Lead Strategists in rolling out the campaign roadmap planning, ensuring all daily and weekly milestones are met.
Operations & Ground Management: Oversee booth-level management, coordinate door-to-door campaigns, and manage logistics for rallies, town halls, and public appearances.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central node connecting the research, social media, PR, and field-ops teams. Ensure the MLA's messaging is consistent across all platforms and geographies.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise directly with the MLA’s core office team, local party workers, community influencers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth campaign operations.
Data-Driven Feedback: Monitor daily reports from field teams and social media listening tools. Provide actionable, real-time feedback to the strategists to pivot or double-down on specific campaign initiatives.
Crisis Management: Anticipate on-ground political or logistical challenges and resolve them swiftly to maintain campaign momentum.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in political consulting, public policy, campaign management, or a quick-paced project management role. (Prior experience working on an MLA/MP campaign is a massive plus).
Political Acumen: A deep understanding of the local political landscape, caste/demographic equations, and electoral processes in Punjab.
Leadership & Hustle: Proven ability to manage large teams of volunteers or field workers under tight deadlines.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi is mandatory.
Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across the constituency and work flexible hours as the election approaches.
