Role Description The Caller internship role at Concilio Solutions LLP is a hybrid position based in Mathura, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, sharing information about services, clarifying client requirements, and documenting call outcomes accurately. The intern will follow call scripts when needed, update internal records or CRM tools, and escalate queries to senior team members when appropriate.

The role also involves coordinating with the team on follow-ups, maintaining a professional tone in all communications, and meeting daily and weekly calling targets.



This is an internship role designed to help candidates build practical experience in client communication and business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, handle basic queries, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor during calls.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, documents, and call-tracking or CRM tools.
- Attention to detail for accurate note-taking, data entry, and documentation of call outcomes.
- Time-management skills to handle call volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to call scripts and guidelines, and respond positively to feedback and coaching.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Mathura, including both in office presence and some work-from-home as required.
- Prior experience in calling, customer service, or telemarketing is beneficial but not mandatory; students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
