Role Description The Business Development Specialist (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential institutional and corporate partners, and supporting the growth of Mindenious’ educational offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, and collaborating with internal teams to refine business development strategies.

The specialist will also assist in preparing presentations and proposals, respond to partner inquiries,



and provide basic customer support to ensure a positive stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should be comfortable with basic CRM or sales tools, and have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; internships or project experience in sales, business development, or ed-tech are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
