About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development & Influencer Marketing qualified who can drive revenue growth, acquire new brands, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a good understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to convert business opportunities into successful brand partnerships and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pitch, and onboard recent brands and clients for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Drive revenue generation by acquiring new business opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Develop tailored influencer marketing proposals, campaign strategies, and commercial pitches based on client requirements.




- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal talent management, campaign execution, and client servicing teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling influencer marketing solutions.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging brand opportunities to expand the business pipeline.
- Maintain a strong database of prospective clients, sales leads, ongoing negotiations, and closed deals.

Requirements

- Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and successfully onboarding brands.
- Strong network of brand contacts
- 5+ years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing, preferably within an influencer marketing agency.
