About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, generate leads, build corporate relationships, and support business growth in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Generate leads and convert business inquiries into confirmed bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Develop corporate client relationships and drive corporate and MICE sales.

•⁠ ⁠Promote banquet facilities, events, conferences, and destination weddings.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with OTAs and support digital marketing initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain client relationships, follow up on inquiries,



and achieve sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠3–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or event management is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Robust communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Target-driven approach with good follow-up and coordination skills.

•⁠ ⁠Frequent Travel to the location required.
