Role Description This is a full time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru South.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and conduct lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital channels. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, track market trends and competitor activities,



and regularly report on business development performance.

The position requires proactive engagement with prospects and existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, manage relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial or packaging solutions, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven reporting is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
