Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation campaigns, and conducting market research to inform strategic decisions. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations, assist in proposal development, and maintain up-to-date records of prospects and client interactions.





Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the design and leadership teams, representing the firm in client meetings and industry events, and contributing to relationship building with key stakeholders. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and potential partnerships to support the firm’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and basic sales follow-up.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on industry trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within architecture, real estate, or design-related sectors.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, presentation software); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
