Role overview:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead campaign planning, marketing project management and budget ownership. The role requires someone who can translate consumer insights into clear briefs, coordinate internal teams and agencies, and take campaigns from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Translate business goals and consumer insights into campaign strategies and creative briefs.
- Plan integrated campaigns across social media, influencers, website, CRM and other relevant channels.
- Own campaign calendars, project timelines, deliverables and approvals.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenditure and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with creative, social media, performance marketing, e-commerce and product teams.
- Manage agencies, production partners and other external stakeholders.




- Partner with the Social Media Manager to align social strategy with brand priorities.
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across touchpoints.
- Review campaign performance and apply learnings to future initiatives.

Candidate requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing or agency client servicing/account planning.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Robust project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling marketing budgets and agency relationships.
- Understanding of social media strategy, consumer behavior and campaign measurement.
- Ability to write clear briefs and evaluate creative work.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and ownership.
- Experience with consumer, D2C, kitchenware, home or lifestyle brands is preferred.
