Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Engineer role based in Vagra.

The Billing

Engineer will prepare and manage bills of quantities (BOQs), verify measurements, and ensure accurate documentation of work executed on projects. The role includes working with billing systems, performing rate analysis, coordinating with site and project teams, and reconciling contractor and client bills.

Engineer will review drawings and specifications, assist in quantity surveying activities,



and support cost control and reporting. The position requires maintaining up-to-date records, resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to timely project billing cycles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust BOQ preparation and quantity surveying skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in billing systems and rate analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills for reviewing data, costs, and quantities.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects and billing processes is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related software tools for measurements and billing is an advantage.
