Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bid Analyst – SLED to identify bidding opportunities, analyze solicitation requirements, and support bid preparation and submission for U.S. State, Local, and Education (SLED) contracts. The ideal candidate should have experience researching government procurement portals, reviewing RFPs/RFQs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research SLED bidding opportunities through government procurement portals and related platforms.
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFI documents to understand eligibility criteria, scope, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Assess bid requirements, contract terms, mandatory documents, and compliance criteria.
- Research state and local government procurement websites to identify relevant opportunities.
- Coordinate with proposal writers, business development,



recruitment, and other teams to collect required information.
- Maintain bid trackers, submission records, deadlines, and opportunity databases.
- Research competitors, existing contracts, and previous award information to support bid decisions.
- Monitor submitted bids and track award announcements, updates, and follow-ups.
- Prepare bid summaries and share recommendations on suitable opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in SLED bid analysis, government procurement, proposal coordination, or a related role.
- Experience identifying and analyzing U.S. state and local government bidding opportunities.
- Knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, RFI documents, and government procurement processes.
- Familiarity with SLED procurement portals and bid management tools.
- Strong research, analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare staffing, IT services, or government contracting is an advantage.
