- Process insurance claims, including claim setup, data entry, document indexing, and verification.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, discrepancies, and missing information.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Possess solid verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Escalate exceptions and unresolved issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, with flexibility for later shifts as per business requirements. Preferred Candidate: Candidates who can commute using their own vehicle will be preferred.
