Role Description The Assistant Manager (Warehouse) at LET'S TRY is a full-time, on-site role based in Kundali, Sonipat. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in line with company standards. The role includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating inventory counts, and ensuring accurate documentation for all warehouse activities.

Manager (Warehouse) will support the implementation of operational procedures, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. The individual will also supervise warehouse staff, assist with equipment handling,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

. Candidate must have knowledge of SAP and should be proficient in Excel.

. Candidate must have experience of FMCG.

- Demonstrated ability in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, including planning, tracking, and optimizing stock levels.
- Experience in Operations Management within a warehouse or logistics environment to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Knowledge of safe Forklift Operation and other material-handling equipment, with adherence to safety guidelines.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to lead and coordinate warehouse teams, with effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
- Relevant experience in FMCG, food, or snack manufacturing and distribution is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
